KWIKWOOD EPOXY PUTTY – 2 OZKwikWood™ is a hand-mixable epoxy putty, formulated to repair and rebuild wood. After mixing, it cures to the same density as wood and becomes an integral part of the repair. For use on exterior or interior applications, it contains no solvents, will not rot, shrink, crack or pull away. KwikWood™ has a 15-25 minute work life. After 60 minutes, it can be machined, drilled, tapped, sanded, filed and painted. Stronger than wood, KwikWood™ dries to a light tan color.

PERM-O-SEAL™ 0.7 OZPerm-O-Seal™ is a specially formulated non-toxic compound ground to a very fine particle size to quickly mix and flow into all areas of the cooling system to find and seal leaks. The powered concentrate allows for an economical repair as compared to liquid based alternatives that use similar technology. The special compound will quickly seal leaks and will also act as a rust inhibitor and lubricant to internal cooling system parts. It will not clog or harm your cooling system.

When cured, it can be sawed, drilled, carved, sanded and painted. PlasticWeld™ has a 20-25 minute work life; functional cure occurs in 2-3 hours. PlasticWeld™ cures to an off-white color, is rated at a tensile strength of 350 PSI. Does not adhere to polyethylene, polypropylene or some other plastics. Test for adhesion first.

RADIATORWELD KITRadiatorWeld™ is a plastic tank and radiator repair kit designed for permanent or temporary repairs on both metal and plastic radiators and plastic liquid storage containers from leaks caused by cracks of 4″ or less and holes up to 1/4″ diameter. This kit is not recommended for plastic repairs or for use with polyethylene or polypropylene plastic parts.
STATIC MIXERS
STATIC MIXERSJ-B Weld® Static Mixers are easy-to-use attachments for any of J-B Weld® 25 ml syringes that allow for precise mixing of our two-component adhesives. Each mixer comes with 16 static elements to ensure complete mixing. The mixer tip can be cut to allow for larger and easier flow of material. The mixer opening should be adjusted as needed for thicker paste J-B Weld® adhesive materials or for a larger bead size, as desired. KwikWeld™, J-B Weld™, MarineWeld™, WoodWeld™ and PlasticBonder™ are all thicker paste adhesives that may benefit from a larger opening at the mixer tip. ClearWeld™, PlasticWeld™, and MinuteWeld™ should flow freely through all mixer opening sizes as they are more fluid. Do not cut the tip on or above the last tapered ridge as the mixing elements could escape. Each mixer should be used within the cure time of the product. Curing will continue for any mixed, but unused portions.
