Permatex Cold Weld Bonding Compound – 56gA 15-minute, two-part adhesive and filler system that eliminates the need for welding or brazing. It repairs, fills and bonds to iron, steel, brass, bronze, aluminum and copper. Once cured, it can be drilled, tapped, threaded, filed, sanded and painted. Resists most automotive, shop and cleaning fluids. Withstands temperatures to 300°F intermittent. Over 3,000 PSI shear strength on steel.

Permatex Fast Cure EpoxyConvenient premeasured epoxy mixer cups contain resin and hardener in one convenient package. No guess, no mess, no waste. Ideal for bonding glass, hard plastics, rubber and metal. Bonds in 5-15 minutes, useable in 30 minutes. Grey adhesive has excellent chemical resistance. Fills porosities and can be used to build up worn parts. May be drilled, tapped, sanded, or machined and painted after cure.
Permatex High Temp Epoxy – 56g
Permatex High Temp Epoxy – 56gA two part, hand kneadable, putty type industrial strength Titanium-reinforced epoxy in stick form which is used to bond and repair metallic materials that will be exposed to high temperatures. Contrasting brown and white colored materials are mixed together to form a uniform golden brown titanium color to indicate thorough mixing. After 8 hours, High Temp™ can be drilled, sanded, threaded, machined or painted and it is resistant to water and most solvents. Permatex® High Temp™ does not bond to polyethylene and polypropylene and it is not intended for structural applications.

With a tensile strength of 3770 PSI, PlasticBonder™ sets to a tan color and cures to a hard, permanent bond.

PLASTICWELD EPOXY PUTTY – 2 OZPlasticWeld™ is a hand-mixable, fast-setting epoxy putty that forms a durable bond to most major plastic types. *After mixing, it forms a polymer compound that can be molded or used to build up and repair just about anything made from plastic. When cured, it can be sawed, drilled, carved, sanded and painted. PlasticWeld™ has a 20-25 minute work life; functional cure occurs in 2-3 hours. PlasticWeld™ cures to an off-white color, is rated at a tensile strength of 350 PSI. Does not adhere to polyethylene, polypropylene or some other plastics. Test for adhesion first.

PlasticWeld™ will bond a variety of surfaces, such as metal, composites, fiberglass and others. PlasticWeld™ sets in 5 minutes at room temperature and is fully cured in 1 hour. Using a 1:1 mixing ratio, PlasticWeld™ combines to a tensile strength of 3900 PSI and cures to an off-white color.
STATIC MIXERS
STATIC MIXERSJ-B Weld® Static Mixers are easy-to-use attachments for any of J-B Weld® 25 ml syringes that allow for precise mixing of our two-component adhesives. Each mixer comes with 16 static elements to ensure complete mixing. The mixer tip can be cut to allow for larger and easier flow of material. The mixer opening should be adjusted as needed for thicker paste J-B Weld® adhesive materials or for a larger bead size, as desired. KwikWeld™, J-B Weld™, MarineWeld™, WoodWeld™ and PlasticBonder™ are all thicker paste adhesives that may benefit from a larger opening at the mixer tip. ClearWeld™, PlasticWeld™, and MinuteWeld™ should flow freely through all mixer opening sizes as they are more fluid. Do not cut the tip on or above the last tapered ridge as the mixing elements could escape. Each mixer should be used within the cure time of the product. Curing will continue for any mixed, but unused portions.
STEELSTIK EPOXY PUTTY – 2 OZ
STEELSTIK EPOXY PUTTY – 2 OZSteelStik™ is a hand-mixable, steel-reinforced, non-rusting epoxy putty that quickly repairs or rebuilds anything made of metal. After mixing, it forms an industrial-strength polymer compound that can be molded into shapes or used to build up, patch and repair steel components. SteelStik™ sets in 3-5 minutes and after 60 minutes, can be drilled, tapped, machined, ground, filed and painted. SteelStik™ cures to a dark grey color, is rated at a tensile strength of 900 PSI and will withstand temperatures up to 300ºF.

SUPERWELD INSTANT ADHESIVESuperWeld™ is a specially formulated cyanoacrylate Super Glue that provides a strong, instant bond in just seconds. It works on multiple and hard to bond surfaces. The brush applicator (6g size) allows for even surface application. The precision tip applicator on the 20g size allows for pin point surface application.
