Liqui Moly Profile Rubber Adhesive is a fast flash-off, transparent, contact adhesive based on poly chloroprene rubber, resin and solvent. This product has a very high initial adhesive strength and can be applied by brush. Liqui Moly Profile Rubber Adhesive is used in the car industry, caravan construction, in container building and in the furniture industry etc. Liqui Moly Profile Rubber Adhesive has outstanding adhesive strength on bare and painted materials and is suitable for universal use.

   Areas of application

Liqui Moly Profile Rubber Adhesive is used for bonding different fabrics, foam rubber, leather and imitation leather, felt and insulation materials to each other or to rubber and bare, ground, painted or anodized metals. Liqui Moly Profile Rubber Adhesive can also be used for bonding wood and polyester materials, Cardboard and hard PVC as well as ABS plastics toother materials.

     Application

To guarantee the optimum adhesion, the bonding surfaces should be free of dirt, oil and grease. For this purpose, we recommend cleaning the bonding surfaces with Liqui Moly Cleaner and Thinner Part no. 6130. Stir Liqui Moly Profile Rubber Adhesive well be- fore use. Apply Liqui Moly Profile Rubber Adhesive generously to both clean bonding surfaces using a brush. Before bonding the materials together, a period of about 5-10 minutes must be allowed for the solvent to flash-off.
