Versatile, easy-to-use, general purpose epoxy adhesive is two-part adhesive and filler system that eliminates the need for welding or brazing. Sets in thirty minutes, no clamping needed. Clear appearance. Fills gaps and will not shrink. When cured, can be drilled, sanded, threaded or filed. Resistant to water and solvents. Temperature range -60°F to 180°F (-51°C to 82°C). Permanent strength up to 3500 PSI.
WoodWeld™ is a fast setting two-part epoxy system formulated for wood bonding and repairs. When fully cured it can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded and drilled. It provides a lasting permanent bond that is stronger than the wood! WoodWeld™ has a 1:1 mixing ratio, sets in 6 minutes and cures in 1-3 hours. MarineWeld™ sets in 4-6 hours at room temperature and is fully cured to a dark grey color in 15-24 hours. A full cure is reached in 15-24 hours. J-B Weld™ has a tensile strength of 5020 PSI and sets to a hard bond overnight. It can withstand temperatures up to 550ºF when fully cured.
